How to use:

  • Use before grafting: apply evenly to a place 1-2mm away from the root of real eyelashes to soften the glue and speed up the bonding of glue.
  • Use after grafting: apply evenly on the glue of real eyelashes and eyelash extensions (adhesive area), waterproof and sweatproof.


Caution:

  • Clean eyelashes, eye grease, and dust thoroughly before applying the super bonder, and dry thoroughly with a small fan.
  • Do not dab too much super bonder.
  • Use environment: be sure to use a thermometer and hygrometer to monitor to ensure that the temperature of the use environment is stable at about 25°C, and the humidity is about 55%RH.

  • Shipping

    1. Furniture orders may be delayed in shipping for an estimate of 2-4 months due to customizing. 

    2. Normally you will receive your package in 3-5 working days. Preorders may be delayed in shipping/processing time due to customizing. 

    3. Tracking number of each package will be provided by email after the order has been shipped.

    We will contact you ASAP if we there are in delays in shipping.

     

    Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Shipping companies will limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

  • Refund Policy

    No refunds. However, exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase.
    If your order arrives damage please contact us via our contact page within 3 days of receiving.

  • Pick Up

    Pick up is available on all orders except furniture. Orders ready for pick up usually within 24 hours of purchase. Address for pick up will be sent via text message to number used at time of purchase, within 24 hours of purchase. Pick up hours are between 10:00AM-4:00PM. If you need to pick up your order at a different time than listed, please email us for us to arrange.

  • Payment Methods:

    All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Please process your payment via PayPal, if you are using a card that is not attached to a major credit card bureau; such as prepaid cards.
