Shipping policy

1. Furniture orders may be delayed in shipping for an estimate of 2-4 months due to customizing. 

2. Normally you will receive your package in 3-5 working days. Preorders may be delayed in shipping/processing time due to customizing. 

3. Tracking number of each package will be provided by email after the order has been shipped.

We will contact you ASAP if we there are in delays in shipping.

 

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Shipping companies will limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

 

Pick up is available on all orders except furniture. Orders ready for pick up usually within 24 hours of purchase. Address for pick up will be sent via text message to number used at time of purchase, within 24 hours of purchase.
